5 ways to get rid of acne

Many people find it difficult to get rid of acne because they don't follow the necessary routines to get rid of this problem. below are five steps that can help to get rid of pimples as soon as possible.

1. Don't touch, rub or press your pimple because when you do that you can spread bacteria and increase chances of getting scars. Also don't rest your chine on you hand because this can further worsen the situation.

2. You should use an over-the counter product that contains benzoyl peroxide once or twice a day. It will help to break up the plug of dead skin cells,bacteria and the oil that clogs your skin and causes an acne blemish.
It also cuts down the bacteria. You can start with the lowest concentration ranging from 2.5 percent or 5 percent lotion or gel once a day. After 7 days, increase to twice a da, morning and night, that's if it doesn't irritate your skin.

3. You can also try an over-the-county products that contains sulfur or resorcinol, it helps unplug oil glands by irritating the skin. However, many dermatologists beleive that benzoyl peroxide has the most effective
among sll over-the-counter ingredient for acne.

4. When you treat acne don't just put the product on scne spots alone but also on acne prone areas. You can rub it on your entire face(avoid the lips and eyes), chest and back.

5. Wash your face properly once or twice a day, using a soap or a no-soap cleanser that's labelled "mild" or "for sensitive skin" and rub gently with your finger tips and arm water. Washing removes oil from the surface of the skin,
for oily skin you can also use a soap with benzolyn peroxide for it's drying properties.
